Section 224(a) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)the trained building worker under the direct supervision of a person, responsible for structural frame and form work, are employed for erection of such structural frame or formwork, dismantling of building and structure and performance of an engineering work, form work, false work and shoring work;
