Section 1(3)(a) in Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017

(a)Except as otherwise provided in sub-clause (b), this Order shall come into force after one hundred eighty days from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette.
