61. Application of West Ben. Act XI of 2009.
- The provision of the West Bengal Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, 2009, shall be applicable to prohibit violence against medicare service persons and damage to property in medicare service institutions.
