Section 5(1) in Right of children to Free and compulsory Education Rules, 2011
(1)For the purpose of determining and for establishing neighborhood school, the State Government/local authority shall undertake school mapping, and identify all children, including children in remote areas, children with disabilities, children belonging to disadvantaged group, children belonging to weaker section and children referred to in section 4, within a period of one year from the date of publication of the rules and every year thereafter.
