Section 2(6) in The Rajasthan Ministers' (Travelling Allowances and Use and Maintenance of Conveyance) Rules, 1974
(6)"Mileage Allowance" means an allowance granted to minister to meet the cost of a particular journey on the basis of distance travelled by Rail, Road or Air.
