1. The learned counsels appearing for the parties state that the Supreme Court has passed an order dated 14.12.2021 staying the proceedings for remitting the matter to a fresh arbitrator.
2. The said order is subsisting.
3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same subject to the outcome of the proceedings before the Supreme Court in SLP(c) 32002/2018.
