12. Finality of orders under Sections 6, 8 and 9.
- Every decision of the authorised officer under Section 6, Section 8 and Section 9 granting or refusing to grant licence for a fishing vessel or cancelling, suspending, varying or amending such licence or registering, or cancelling the registration of, a vessel shall, subject to any right of appeal under Section 13, be final.
