41. Registrar and other officers to be public servants.
- Every Officer or person exercising or authorised to exercise powers under this Act or the rules made thereunder shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, I860 (No. 45 of 1860).
