Section 100(1) in The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018
(1)The issuer shall file the letter of offer in accordance with sub-regulation 8 and 9 of regulation 71 and shall pay fees to the Board as specified in Schedule III.
