Section 11(a) in Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1976
(a)the Managing Member may appoint, temporarily, for a period not exceeding three months, such officers and employees as may in his opinion, be required for the purposes of this Act and the employment of whom for any particular work had not been prohibited by any resolution of the Board; and
