ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for direction directing the 3rd respondent police to give protection to the petitioner's family members on the complaint dated 12.08.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already a complaint has been lodged as against the respondents 4 and 5 and the same was registered in Crime No.1164 of 2020 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 294(b) and 324 IPC. In which, the respondents 4 and 5 are arraigned as accused and the investigation is pending. Since those offences are bailable in nature, the respondents 4 and 5 after execution of sureties, again they have indulged in same criminal activities as against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner lodged another complaint on 12.08.2020. http://www.judis.nic.in 2/4 CRL.O.P.No.14646 of 2020
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the first complaint lodged by the petitioner already the FIR has been registered in Crime No.1164 of 2020 for the offences punishable under sections 294(b) and 324 IPC and it is pending for investigation. Now the fresh complaint has been received from the petitioner and it is pending.
4.Considering the above submission, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 12.08.2020 lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the respondents 4 and 5 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
