Section 90(3)(b) in The Aircraft Rules, 1937

(b)any person who is engaged on regular duty at an aerodrome and holds a Photo Identity Card issued by the Commissioner of Security (Civil Aviation) [or any person authorized by the Central Government in this behalf] [Substituted for the words "or any other officer authorised by the Central Government in this behalf" by Notification No. G.S.R. 744 (E) 9.10.2009 (w.e.f. 23.30.1937)].
