Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to accept the
resolution dated 23.04.2017 and appoint the Board of Trustees of Aagana
Vaguppu Viswakarma Community Trust by considering the representation dated   
23.04.2017 followed by representation dated15.09.2017.

:ORDER  

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to accept the resolution dated 23.04.2017 and to appoint the Board of Trustees of Aagana Vaguppu Viswakarma Community Trust by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 23.04.2017 and 15.09.2017.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is to accept the resolution and to appoint the Board of Trustees as per the resolution passed by the community people by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 23.04.2017 and 15.09.2017. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is conducting enquiry on the above said representations and order is yet to be passed.

5. In the above circumstances, the respondent is directed to pass suitable orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
