2. Amendment of long title of Guj. 26 of 1978.- In the Bhavnagat University Act, 1978 (Guj. 26 of 1978) (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act") in the long title, for the words "and residential", the words "and affiliating" shall be substituted.
