23. Relations between Sub-divisional Police Officer and Sub-divisional Magistrate. [§. 12, Act V, 1861].
- The Sub-divisional Police Officer shall consult the Sub-divisional Magistrate in all matters affecting the criminal administration and the maintenance of peace in the subdivision. His relations with the Sub-divisional Magistrate shall generally be similar to those between the Superintendent and the District Magistrate.
