Section 34 in The Armed Forces Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 2008
34. Dress of the parties. A legal practitioner or, as the case may be, the Presenting Officer shall appear before the Tribunal in his professional dress, if any, and if there is no such dress(i) if a male, in shirt and trousers with or without tie or in a lounge suit;
