11. Miscellaneous Applications.
- The proceedings in a suit shall not be stayed merely because of the filing of Miscellaneous Application in the course of suit unless the Court in its discretion expressly thinks it necessary to stay the proceedings in the suit.Part-IIIFirst Appeals to Subordinate Courts:
