Section 343(3) in The Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(3)The fares and charges levied under this section shall be paid to such person, at such places upon or near the prescribed route of the transport service, and in such manner, as the Transport Committee shall, by notice to be annexed to the aforesaid list, appoint.
