Section 34(1) in The Orissa Excise (Methyl Alcohol) Rules, 1976
(1)General conditions of, licences applicable to vend licences under Excise Law prescribed under the Board's Excise Rules, 1965 shall mutatis mutandis be applicable to sell methyl alcohol.
