56. Annual Statement of Accounts.
(1)The annual statement of accounts of the Board shall be drawn up and submitted to the Government in the Form specified in Appendix B.(2)The Board shall submit to Government not later than the fifteenth day of October each year the Annual Statement of Accounts for the previous year together with audit report thereon.(3)The statement of accounts shall be published at the cost of the Board in the Official Gazette and printed copies thereof shall be put on sale at a price to be fixed by the Board not exceeding Rs. 5 per copy.
