Section 7(1) in Uttar Pradesh Excise (Movement of Liquor and Power Alcohol) Rules, 2019
(1)Excise Commissioner may issue suitable instructions on matters related to import, export, transit and internal transport of Power Alcohol and compliance of such instructions will be mandatory.
