Section 221(4) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(4)All expenses incurred by the Council under this section shall be paid by the owner or occupier of such building and shall he recoverable in the same manner as an amount claimed on account of any tax recoverable under Chapter VIII.
