114. Attachment or sale not unlawful for want of form.
- No attachment on sale made under this Act shall be deemed unlawful nor shall any party making the same be deemed a trespasser on account of any error, defect or want of form in the bill, notice, summons, warrant of attachment, inventory other proceeding relating thereto.
