Section 35(1) in The M.P. Maa Sharda Devi Mandir Adhiniyam, 2002
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), the Administrator may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, suspend or cancel a licence :-(a)it the licence has been obtained through wilful misrepresentation or fraud; or(b)it the holder of the licence or any servant or any one acting on his behalf with his express or implied permission, commits a breach of any of the terms and conditions of the licence; or(c)if the holder of the licence has become an insolvent; or(d)it the holder of the licence is convicted of any offence under this Act.
