(4)In cases, where the Tribunal does not order the payment of payments to any person on behalf of another under disability or to a guardian, the Tribunal, shall invest the money in any one of the securities specified in the Appendix to Chapter IV, Part II of the Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders (Volume I).
