Section 68(2) in The Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1978
(2)The Board shall prescribe the manner, the principles and procedure for licensing of plumbers, charges to be levied for any work done by them, the guidelines to be followed by them, the cancellation of licences and for all matters connected with plumbing.
