Section 16C(3) in Punjab Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1973
(3)When the meeting has been adjourned in pursuance of sub-rule (2) on two successive dates fixed for the meeting of the Committee, it will be lawful to dispose of at the next meeting the business intended to be transacted irrespective of the number of members of the Committee present at such meeting.
