Section 229(2) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964
(2)In the case of an applicant who has been or is about to be granted an invalid pension, the grounds of invaliding or the statement of the medical case shall be duly considered by the certifying medical authority before the certificate in Part III of Form 30 specified in Appendix VIII is signed.
