Section 14(2) in Jodhpur Development Authority Act, 2009
(2)Each Functional Board constituted by the State Government under sub-section (1) shall consist of a Chairman and such other member (not exceeding five) as may be appointed by the State Government. At least two of the members shall be persons who have special knowledge and experience of the subject to be dealt with by the Functional Board.
