This is an appeal by the assessee against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax(Appeals)-1, Ahmedabad, dated 20/03/2015 for the Assessment Year (AY) 2010-11.

2. During the course of hearing, ld. Counsel for the assessee Shri Vartik R. Choksi (Authorised Person) vide application dated 04/12/2017 requested for withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee. The ld. DR for the revenue has no objection.
