Section 11(2) in Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh Act, 2008
(2)The Chancellor shall appoint a committee consisting of the following persons, namely:-(a)A nominee of the Chancellor;(b)A nominee of the State Government; and(c)A nominee of the Board of Management.The Chancellor shall appoint one of these three person to be the chairman of the committee.
