(1)The appointment of the Central Record Keeping Agency shall be terminated by the Appointing Authority before the stipulated period, on the ground(s) of any breach of any of the obligations or terms of Agreement or provisions of these rules or the Act or the financial irregularity or for any other sufficient reason, as the case may be.
