Section 28(1) in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992
(1)The Council shall constitute one or more of the following Committees from amongst its members: -(a)Recognition Committee;(b)Courses Committee;(c)Examination Committee;(d)Finance Committee; and(e)Other Committee which the Council considers necessary.
