Section 1 in The Chhattisgarh Sthaniya Nidhi Sampariksha Adhiniyam, 1973
1. Short title extent and commencement.
- (i) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Sthaniya Nidhi Sampariksha Adhiniyam, 1973.(ii)It extends to the whole of the state of Chhattisgarh.(iii)It shall come in to force on such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint.
