Section 3(1) in Punjab Right to Information (Disclosure of Information by public authorities providing services in Municipalities) Rules, 2012
(1)Every Municipality shall maintain and publish its liabilities, details of its assets and all its record duly catalogued and indexed in a manner and form which facilitates its disclosure of information as specified in Appendix I and Appendix II.
