Section 10A(2) in The Orissa Animal Contagious Diseases Act, 1949
(2)The State Government or the Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services or any Officer authorised in that behalf by the State Government may notify in the prescribed manner the place or places in each village where such inoculation or vaccination shall be done.
