Section 26(1) in Shri Govind Guru University Act, 2015
(1)The Academic Council shall be the academic body of the University and shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Vice-Chancellor, ex-officio Chairperson;(ii)the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;(iii)the Deans of Faculties;(iv)not more than six faculties, excluding the Deans of Faculties to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.
