Heard the learned counsels for the parties and perused the relevant material.

We do not find any legal and valid ground for interference. The special leave petitions are dismissed. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the High Court on the administrative side for due and proper conduct of the examination and on such approach being made by the petitioner, the High Court will take an appropriate Signature Not Verified decision in the matter.
