Section 3(1) in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992
(1)For the purpose of this Act, there shall be established a Council in the prescribed manner by the State Government by notification to be published by the State Government in the Official Gazette which shall be called "Bihar Intermediate Education Council" (hereinafter called as Council).
