Applicant had sought a direction to the respondents no.1 and 2 to issue appointment for post Code No.16/2008 in Municipal Corporation of Delhi for the post of Teacher (Primary) as per select list dated 21.12.2009 in UR category with retrospective effect along-with seniority.
2. When the matter was called out today, counsel for the respondents informed us that the Committee has already cleared the cases of the candidates and applicants name is shown at Sl. No.5.
3. We were further informed that dossier has already been sent to the concerned Department and appropriate orders would be passed by the MCD within a reasonable time.
4. In view of above, O.A. has become infructuous. Accordingly, O.A. is disposed of having become infructuous.
