(2)Where the study leave is granted for prosecution of studies abroad the Head of the Mission concerned shall be informed of the fact by the authority granting the leave.Note.The Head of the Mission shall be contacted by the Government servant for issue of any letter of introduction or for other similar facilities that may be required.
