Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the District Inspector of Schools Hamirpur to grant permission to fill 2 vacant posts of Assistant Clerks by direct recruitment in V.M.H.S. Rahmania Inter College, Maudaha, District Hamirpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already made several representations to the District Inspector of Schools Hamirpur on 25.1.2019, 8.2.2020 and 24.2.2021, which are still pending consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly that in case any such representation is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally asking the District Inspector of Schools Hamirpur/second respondent to decide the aforementioned representations of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerised copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
