Section 1 in Jaipur National University, Jaipur Act, 2008
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jaipur National University, Jaipur Act, 2008.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 21.10.2007.
