1 This matter was heard for sometime. The learned Advocate for the Respondent/ husband sought a passover to take instructions. 2 When called out at 05:00 pm, the learned Advocate for the Respondent/ husband submits, on instructions, that the proceeding PA No.1470/2017 could be transferred from the learned Family Court No.3, Pune to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasmatnagar, District Hingoli. It is further prayed that liberty may be granted to the Husband to participate in the proceedings even by video conferencing considering that he is taking treatment with a particular hospital at Yerwada, Pune.
3 In view of the above, this Miscellaneous Civil Application is

allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", which reads as under :-
"B) The petition filed for divorce bearing PA No.1470/2017, by the respondent, under Hindu Marriage Act, pending before Ld. Family Court, Pune, Court No.3, may please be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division at Vasmat Nagar, in the interest of justice;"
4 The litigating sides would appear through their advocates before the Court at Vasmatnagar on 11.03.2019 on which day one more matter between the parties is also posted. Liberty is granted to the Respondent/ Husband to seek a common date so as to attend the proceedings on such common dates and further liberty is granted to participate in the proceedings through video conferencing depending on the facility available.
