Section 40(1) in The Bihar Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1960
(1)If any land is required for the purpose of this Act, the Chief Commissioner may proceed to acquire it under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (1 to 1894), or any other law for the time being in force.
