Section 75(3) in The Rajasthan Sales Tax Act, 1994
(3)The accounts required to be maintained under sub-section (1) shall be kept by the dealer at the place (s) of business as recorded in his certificate of registration, and the stock book at referred to in sub-section (2) shall be kept at the place where manufacturing activity is carried on; however, final accounts, annual statements, registers and documents shall be kept at the principal place of business.
