Section 38 in The Orissa Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1991
38. Meter rent and fees for services.
(1)The Board may provide water meters and charges such rent for the meter as may be provided in the bye-laws.(2)The Board may charge fees for connection, disconnection, reconnection of any water supply or sewer or testing or supervision or for any other service rendered or work executed or supervised at such rates as may be provided by the bye-laws.
