2. The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks following prayers:-

"A. Order and direct the Respondent to pay a fine of INR 1,00,000 each and be sent to civil prison for a period of six months or otherwise restrained from freely moving out of India for having deliberately and wilfully disobeyed an order/direction of this Hon'ble Court, and consequently committed a contempt of this Hon'ble Court's Order dated 29 January 2025 in OMP (I) (Comm) No 425 of 2024; B. Order and direct that the costs of this petition be borne by the Respondents liable jointly and/or severally; and, C. Grant any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order dated 30.05.2025 has been complied with and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
