1. Petitioner assails order dated 23.12.2025 whereby he has been directed to face trial for commission of offences under Section 120B of IPC r/w Section 204 of IPC and Sections 8 and 9 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and also for substantive offence under Sections 8 and 9 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 r/w Section 120B of IPC.

2. The prime-most reason for assailing the charges is stated to be complete absence of essential ingredients of Sections 8 and 9 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and of Section 204 IPC. It is also contended by Mr. Siddharth Luthra, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner, that there is nothing CRL.REV.P. 30/2026 1 This is a digitally signed order.
