Ms. Mahadik, learned counsel for the defendant no.4, Bank of Baroda submits that the documents sought by the plaintiff are in the custody of the Central Bureau of Investigation and she needs some more time to procure those documents and file an affidavit of evidence. At her request, list on 23rd October, 2023.
3. Let the documents be procured by then and an affidavit of evidence with a copy to the other side also be filed."

Today, when the matter is called out, Ms. Mahadik, learned Counsel for Defendant No.4 submits that although the letter has been submitted to the Central Bureau of Investigation, however, the purchase orders are yet to be received. She submits that apart from the purchase orders, there are other documents also, which can be produced by the Plaintiff.
3. Be that as it may, let the purchase orders as well as other documents be produced by the next date.
4. List on 8th November, 2023.
